    Job description

As the Global Director of Human Resources, you will be a key strategic partner and leader, responsible for building and scaling our most valuable asset: our people. You will shape our global HR strategy to support rapid growth and innovation, overseeing all people operations across our international teams. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, data-driven leader with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. You will be instrumental in attracting and retaining top-tier tech talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring our HR practices are a competitive advantage.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Strategic People & Business Partnering

    • Align HR strategy directly with business objectives, focusing on key SaaS metrics like Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) per employee.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives, especially during periods of hyper-growth.
    • Lead with data, using HR analytics to inform decisions on talent acquisition, compensation, and employee engagement, and report on key people metrics to the C-suite.

    2. Talent & Recruitment

    • Define and lead the global talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire engineers, product managers, sales executives, and other critical roles in a highly competitive market.
    • Implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing to build a strong employer brand that resonates with tech talent.
    • Oversee a streamlined, candidate-centric hiring process that balances speed with quality, leveraging modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and interview techniques.

    3. Compensation & Total Rewards

    • Design and manage a global compensation strategy that is highly competitive within the tech and SaaS markets, including base salary, variable pay (e.g., commissions), and equity programs (e.g., stock options, RSUs).
    • Ensure pay equity and transparency by regularly conducting market analysis and benchmarking against top SaaS companies.
    • Develop and communicate a comprehensive total rewards package that goes beyond salary to include benefits, wellness programs, and learning and development opportunities that are attractive to a global, distributed workforce.

    4. Employee Experience & Culture

    • Cultivate a vibrant, high-performance culture that is a true differentiator, emphasizing innovation, autonomy, and collaboration across all global offices and remote teams.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and use regular pulse surveys to gather feedback and proactively address challenges.
    • Implement robust performance management systems that are focused on continuous feedback, career development, and aligning individual goals with company OKRs.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
    • Deep expertise in global HR practices, especially related to tech-specific compensation structures, remote work policies, and employment law in key international markets.
    • A strategic, data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of how HR metrics impact business outcomes.
    • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to build and mentor a diverse, high-performing HR team.
    • Experience with modern HR technology and platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, performance management software)
