Job requirements
Experience Range: 7 to 10 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise architecting and implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Lead SFCC project implementations, including SFRA-based storefronts and integrations with external systems
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
- Establish and enforce code quality, deployment, and continuous integration standards within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem
- Integrate and optimize Einstein for Commerce features to drive personalization and product recommendations
- Configure and customize Salesforce Order Management (SOM) to enhance order processing and fulfillment workflows
- Mentor development teams in advanced SFCC and SFRA concepts, ensuring compliance with architectural standards
- Resolve complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions in e-commerce environments

- Headless commerce architecture and API design
- B2B and B2C commerce model expertise within Salesforce
- Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure) for e-commerce hosting
- AI-driven merchandising and personalization strategies
- Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer
- Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect (preferred)
