Lead Engineer
Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in full stack development, including hands-on expertise in microservices architecture and backend technologies such as Python/Django, Node.js, and Java. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure full stack applications using MEAN stack, React, and Java technologies.
- Architect and implement microservices to enhance application modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
- Oversee technical teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Integrate and manage data storage solutions with Oracle RDBMS and MongoDB, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to deliver seamless, responsive user interfaces using AngularJS, React, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Optimize application performance, resolve technical issues, and maintain high availability across multiple environments.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver impactful features on schedule.
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in AngularJS
- Strong expertise in React
- Hands-on experience with Node.js
- Proficiency in Python and Django
- Solid understanding of Java and Spring Boot
- Expertise in Typescript and JavaScript
- Experience with Express JS and NestJS
- Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS
- Working knowledge of MongoDB
- Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Understanding of advanced security practices in microservices architecture
- Experience with mobile development using native or cross-platform frameworks
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- Certification in full stack development (such as MEAN, MERN, or Java Full Stack)
- Relevant certification in database management, such as Oracle Certified Professional or MongoDB Certified Developer
