Lead Engineer
Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, including expertise across related modules and integrations, and up to 6 years in Salesforce platform development. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to optimize field service, case management, self-service, and digital engagement processes
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, and Lightning components to meet business requirements
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud features including workflows, approval processes, custom objects, fields, sharing rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, reports, and dashboards
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce.com APIs, REST/SOAP services, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines for automated deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce governor limits
Required Skills:
- Salesforce Service Cloud expertise, including Field Service, Case Management, Self-Service, and Digital Engagement
- Proficiency in Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, and Lightning component development
- Configuration of Salesforce workflows, approval processes, custom objects, and fields
- Integration experience with Salesforce.com APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi
- Implementation of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Platform Events
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and AngularJS for web and mobile frameworks
- Expertise in OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and JWT authentication
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Scratch Orgs, and Unlocked Packages
- Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (201) or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (401)
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
