Senior Engineer
Job requirements
Experience Range: At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Python fullstack development, including substantial work with microservices architecture Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable microservices using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Implement and maintain robust REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints to support seamless frontend and backend integration
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences using React, React Context, and Redux
- Integrate and optimize databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for efficient data management
- Build, test, and deploy applications leveraging CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using PyTest to ensure code quality and reliability
- Enhance application interfaces with CSS, SCSS, or LESS for responsive and visually appealing design
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack to maintain optimal system performance
Required Skills:
- Python programming with advanced application in fullstack environments
- Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks for microservices development
- REST API and GraphQL design and implementation
- Microservices architecture design and deployment
- React development, including React Context and Redux
- CSS, SCSS, and LESS for frontend styling
- CI/CD pipeline setup and management
- Containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
- Database integration and management with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Test automation using PyTest
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced caching strategies and performance optimization with Redis
- Performance tuning for large-scale microservices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Security best practices for API development
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack)
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
- Certification in Python development or web frameworks (such as Django or Flask)
- Certification in containerization or cloud technologies (e.g., Docker Certified Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
