This hands-on role includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, apartment refreshes, and preventive upkeep throughout the community.
We are especially looking for someone with a strong painting background and solid wall-repair skills, as apartment refresh work is an important part of this position. • Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and replacement materials needed for maintenance work.
    • Provide professional, courteous service to residents, families, and team members while communicating maintenance needs and updates.
    • Document completed maintenance, repairs, and inspections and report major concerns to the supervisor.

The above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform. If selected for the position you will receive a full job description.
