Bristlecone India Limited is looking for an experienced SAP TM Functional Specialist to join our S/4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role will own end‑to‑end transportation management processes, configure SAP TM within an S/4 HANA landscape, and lead both brown‑field and green‑field projects, ensuring tight integration with other SAP modules and delivering measurable value to our logistics clients.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for transportation management.
- Design and configure SAP TM solutions in an S/4 HANA environment.
- Lead brown‑field and green‑field SAP TM implementation projects from kickoff to hypercare.
- Conduct fit‑gap analysis and create functional specifications and configuration documents.
- Execute unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing, and resolve defects.
- Develop and deliver end‑user training materials and workshops.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical, basis, and other SAP functional teams to ensure seamless module integration.
- Prepare project artefacts such as status reports, roadmaps, and delivery documentation.
- Participate in SAP Activate methodology and Agile ceremonies to drive project velocity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
- Proven track record in both brown‑field and green‑field SAP TM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP TM processes: order management, freight planning, execution, and settlement.
- Expertise in configuring SAP TM on S/4 HANA and integrating with ECC, SD, MM, and EWM.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into functional designs and configuration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; SAP TM certification is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with testing tools and documentation standards (e.g., Test Scripts, BRF+).
- Willingness to travel to client sites and work in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
