仕事内容
APACファイナンスチームの一員として、日本事業の成長を財務面から支えるポジションです。
経理・管理会計・監査などの経験を活かしながら、FP&A（財務計画・分析）の専門性を身につけ、グローバルなキャリアを築きたい方を歓迎します。
海外のFP&AチームやAPAC各国のステークホルダーと連携し、予算策定、業績分析、経営レポーティングなどを担当します。財務数値を分析するだけではなく、経営層や事業部門へインサイトを提供し、ビジネスの意思決定を支援する重要な役割です。
ポジション概要
APAC（アジア太平洋地域）財務チームの一員として、日本法人の財務分析・予算管理・業績レポーティングを担当します。
財務分析や管理会計の経験を活かしながら、FP&Aとしての実務経験を積み、将来的にはより高度な財務分析・経営支援へキャリアアップできる環境です。
海外メンバーとのコミュニケーションも多く、英語を活かしたい方にも最適なポジションです。
