    • Manage the roadmap and backlog for marketing platform enhancements, technical support and stakeholder requests.
    • Support global adoption through effective change management, training and user enablement.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise marketing processes across a complex global organisation.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

    • Strong experience in marketing technology, marketing automation and digital marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot/Lightning) and Salesforce.
    • Experience using or implementing AI within marketing, with an interest in emerging Agentic AI capabilities.
    • Strong knowledge of multi-channel campaigns, segmentation, personalisation, campaign measurement and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
    • Experience with CMS platforms such as Optimizely/EPiServer and workflow tools such as Workfront would be advantageous.
    • Proven experience leading projects and managing stakeholders across technical and marketing teams.
    • Experience working within a global, highly matrixed organisation.
    • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
    • The ability to translate technical capabilities into practical marketing solutions.
    • Experience supporting change, process improvement, training and adoption of new systems or ways of working.
    • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
