Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Director to drive new business growth for Broadridge's Investor Communications Solutions (ICS) across the Korean market. This role combines business development, consultative sales, and subject matter expertise in proxy voting, corporate governance, investor communications, and related solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, growing a strong sales pipeline, and managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract execution. The role requires the ability to engage senior stakeholders across banks, brokers, asset managers, asset owners, custodians, and other financial institutions, while serving as a trusted advisor on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in investor communications and governance.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive new business and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, industry networking, referrals, and market research.
• Develop deep expertise in Broadridge's Investor Communications Solutions, including proxy voting, corporate governance, and investor communications services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, RFI/RFP responses, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing subject matter expertise on investor communications, governance, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, Implementation, and Client Services teams to support sales opportunities and successful client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and prospect activity records.
• Represent Broadridge at conferences, industry events, seminars, and client engagements.
• Support successful implementation and transition of new clients following contract execution.
• Travel regularly to meet clients and support business development activities.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a client-facing role within financial services, capital markets, securities services, fintech, or investor services.
• Professional fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of investor communications, proxy voting, corporate governance, securities services, or related financial market services.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving senior stakeholders and multiple decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Established network within financial institutions, asset managers, brokers, custodians, banks, or asset owners is highly desirable.
• Ability to quickly develop expertise in complex products and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel
