We’re hiring a Sales Enablement Trainer to onboard, develop and provide continuing education to our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
You will partner closely with our Sales Enablement Lead to build the systems, content, and coaching infrastructure that turn new SDRs and setters into top performers. This role is less about running a team and more about helping to shape the org: the framework, rubrics, competitive intel, and ramp programs that make outbound performance repeatable and scalable. Bringing the opportunity to showcase coaching and training skills while also being adaptable and creative.
You'll be the hands-on delivery partner behind our SDR Onboarding Program - running daily coaching for new hires, leading live training sessions, and supporting ongoing skill development across the SDR team.
Own the onboarding program for SDR new hires
Daily coaching and skill development for the SDR org post onboarding
Frequent structured call reviews and live ongoing trainings with the SDR org
Identify and partner with SDR leadership to close performance gaps
Conduct call reviews with the full team and in individual sessions
Holding reps accountable for skill benchmarks established during onboarding
1+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development positions
Proven track record of a top performing SDR
Ability to thrive in a fast paced scaling environment
Strong understanding of Outbound/Inbound sales motions
Building, collaborative and creative mindset
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong ability to prioritize work and minimize distraction
$80,000 OTE
