Shrink Wrap Technician

Shifts Available: Friday - Sunday (6a-6p)

The Shrink-Wrap Technician will package finished products using an automated shrink-wrap machine.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

These are essential functions a qualified applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation

• Operates shrink-wrap machine to package products.
• Consults with shipping supervisors to determine products to be shrink-wrapped during shift.
• Performs minor adjustments on machine to accommodate different products to be wrapped.
• Sorts and counts unwrapped products and ensures they are wrapped correctly.
• Inspects and removes defective or damaged products.
• Transports wrapped products to shipping area.
• Performs basic maintenance on the shrink-wrap machine.
• Notifies supervisor or other appropriate staff when supplies need to be reordered.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
