Senior Financial Analyst, Performance and StandardizationWe are hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst, Performance & Standardization to elevate business performance reviews and build disciplined, scalable processes that improve decision quality across the organization.
Role Summary:
This role is responsible for leading the Monthly Business Review process, diagnosing performance, and enforcing scalable standards that enable faster, higher-quality decisions.
You will partner closely with finance and business leaders to surface risks, challenge assumptions, and quantify recovery opportunities while building the systems and processes that drive consistency and clarity.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $105,593.46 USD to $142,861.74 USDFactors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
