Anderson Estates Apartments is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our community in Oxford, MS. We’re looking for a confident, organized leader with strong LIHTC/tax credit experience who is passionate about creating a great resident experience while maintaining compliance and strong property performance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations and performance of the community
- Maintain compliance with LIHTC/tax credit regulations
- Lead, coach and support leasing and maintenance teams
- Manage budgets, occupancy and financial performance
- Oversee leasing, move-ins, renewals and resident relations
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented community
- Build strong relationships with residents, vendors and team members
What You Bring
- 2+ years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
- A customer-focused mindset and commitment to resident satisfaction
