What You’ll Do
- Guide prospective residents through the full leasing journey-from first tour to move-in
- Present apartment homes and community amenities with confidence and enthusiasm
- Execute lease agreements and collect deposits accurately
- Maintain model units and ensure the community is always tour-ready
- Conduct daily inspections to uphold curb appeal and property standards
- Process applications, verifications, and screening requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospects and current residents
- Follow up on leads using effective sales techniques (phone, email, in-person)
- Maintain accurate leasing data and resident records
- Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and local business partnerships
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales or customer service background required; leasing experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Bilingual a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Comfortable using technology (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
