Key Responsibilities
- Drive leasing activity to meet and exceed occupancy goals
- Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
- Prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property management systems
- Ensure model units and vacant apartments are clean, staged, and tour-ready
- Respond to prospect and resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support marketing efforts, including outreach and social media engagement
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience required; leasing experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable using social media platforms
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
- Must be available to work Saturdays
