What You’ll Do
- Greet prospective residents and conduct apartment tours
- Lease apartments and close prospects effectively
- Process applications, lease paperwork, and renewals
- Provide excellent resident and prospect customer service
- Keep leasing office, models, and tour paths presentation-ready
- Support resident communication and day-to-day office operations
- Assist with community engagement and events
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service or sales experience required (leasing experience preferred)
- Experience with Ohio Tax Credit regulations preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, energetic, and solution-focused attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing environment
- Tech-savvy; property management software experience is a plus
- High School diploma or GED
