What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata is preferred
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Available to work Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours
- Complete lease agreements and collect required deposits
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases
- Maintain resident files and leasing documentation
- Prepare model homes and ensure vacant apartments are tour-ready
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns
- Perform daily property inspections
- Build relationships with local businesses and assist with marketing efforts
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, amenities, and community policies
- Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company guidelines
