Brookside Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at Passenger Flats, a 207-apartment-home community in Chattanooga, TN.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows multifamily maintenance, can lead a team, and takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly. You’ll oversee day-to-day maintenance operations while helping ensure residents have a safe, well-maintained place to call home.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- HVAC certification required
- EPA certification required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry
- Experience with apartment turns, work orders and preventive maintenance
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization and team leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs in a fast-paced community
What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily maintenance operations for a 207-unit apartment community
- Supervise, train and support maintenance team members
- Coordinate work orders, apartment turns and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and general repairs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Help maintain the property’s buildings, grounds, equipment and common areas
- Monitor safety practices and ensure maintenance work meets company standards
- Respond to resident maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently
- Keep maintenance operations organized, timely and focused on quality
