What You’ll Do:

• Handle apartment repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry)
• Complete service requests & on-call emergencies
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Manage maintenance tools, supplies, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC experience; EPA Type II or Universal preferred
• 2yrs+ apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience
• Ability to handle on-call rotation
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation & basic tools
