Job Summary:

Quality Control Analyst MX will be working closely with internal stakeholders (Product Development, Engineering, Procurement and Sourcing) and suppliers ensure quality control processes are embedded and executed. The Quality Control Analyst will play a key role in ensuring products are produced and delivered to Bruegmann standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Control Inspections

1) Perform physical inspections of products and components in manufacturing sites

2) Compare results against product specifications and pre-set control limits

3) Investigate nonconform results and run root cause analysis

4) Work with suppliers to improve and solve production problems

5) Document data accurately and maintain log

Quality Control Processes

1. Review current specifications and inspection procedures ensuring these are fit for purpose

2. Work with suppliers to improve processes that yield reduction on defect rates

3. Replicate internal quality management system and improve where possible

Stakeholder Management

1. Daily collaboration in ensuring technical requirements are met

2. Communication regarding escalations of any supplier orders that are non-conform and resolving any issues

3. Attending video teams calls with Engineering, Product Development and Sourcing on open orders and programs

4. Understanding Bruegmann product standards to meet customer expectations

5. Proactively offering solutions to improve processes

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Quality Assurance & Testing Methodologies
