Responsibilities
<General Administration>
Responsible for the following duties as primary handler:
Leased vehicle contracts, inspections, accident response Alcohol Testing for Leased Vehicles Drivers Employee ID Card and Uniform Ordering Response to Celebratory and Condolence Occasions Response to matters related to Workplace Safety Response to Other General Affairs-Related Tasks such as mail sorting in the morning, managing local application system, the long-service awards etc.<Human Resources>
Primarily serves as a support role for the following tasks:
Payroll: collaborate with the labor consultant, provide necessary data, perform initial checks on calculation results Social Insurance: act as a liaison between the relevant employee, the labor consultant, and external agencies to ensure appropriate handling when changes occur, such as acquiring or losing eligibility Attendance Management: follow up after each month's closing to ensure the data required for payroll calculations is prepared and finalized, handle frequent employee inquiries about data entry methodsHealth Support: function as the liaison point with vendors and occupational physicians for stress checks, leave-of-absence, health checkups etc.Qualifications
- University Graduate
- 5-7 years' experience as GA staff
