Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain a Java rich client application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain innovative. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Experience in developing rich client applications using Java. Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD concepts. Knowledge of Eclipse RCP or similar Java client frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with modern software development methodologies such as agile or scrum. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
