For our quality engineering team in Bremen we are looking for a "Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) for Electronics".

The job holder has the responsibility to monitor and improve (where necessary) the quality performance of suppliers within their commoties.

Main tasks and responsibities are:

• Ensure supplier and Bruker incoming QC standards are established in outsourcing projects prior to serial production
• Qualify suppliers of outsourced materials through PPAP or similar approach
• Identify weaknesses in supplier manufacturing and/or quality control processes which are contributing to quality issues
• Support suppliers with improvement initiatives to reduce quality issues
• Main point of contact between Bruker and suppliers for all quality topics

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as engineering, physics, chemistry, biology, or similar
• Knowledge of analytical measurement systems, ideally mass spectrometry (e.g. timsTOF product line or liquid chromatography)
• German and English, CEFR B2 level
• Experience with working with data and with root cause analysis
• Independent, structured, precise, and goal-oriented working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; good conflict management and assertiveness
• Commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn
