Position Status: Non-exempt (Eligible for overtime)
Work Hours: Mon–Fri. Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays; Secondary holidays may be a scheduled work day.

Position Description
Provide a high level of financial aid services to prospective and currently enrolled students by being available to accept inbound telephone calls and by responding to emails. Display excellent customer service skills in every student interaction. Provide financial aid advisement to students and families regarding financial aid eligibility, types of student aid, application procedures, student budget development, debt management and other consumer information as it relates to student aid and the College. This position is best suited for someone who prefers a fast-paced environment, adapts to change, is highly organized and actively engaged with students and develop new skills.

$46, 000 ($22.12 per hour)
This position is eligible for overtime.
