BioFabUSA Project Management Support

BryceTech is seeking a BioFabUSA Project Management Support professional to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Government Program Management team overseeing the BioFabUSA Manufacturing Innovation Institute. The position will support cost, schedule, and performance oversight of the public-private partnership focused on advancing the manufacturability and scalability of cellular-based tissue-engineered medical products and related biomanufacturing efforts

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to the Government Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager for the BioFabUSA Manufacturing Innovation Institute
• Support monitoring of cost, schedule, and performance across assigned BioFabUSA activities
• Coordinate with Government, industry, academic, and other stakeholders to gather technically complex information
• Prepare summaries, briefings, reports, presentations, and other decision-support materials
• Coordinate and support meetings, workshops, conferences, proposal reviews, and annual OSD Program Management Reviews
• Develop and maintain mechanisms for tracking patents, publications, partner presentations, and other program deliverables
• Gather, organize, analyze, and disseminate program data for Government leadership and stakeholders
• Attend meetings and represent the Government Program Manager as requested
• Maintain timely and effective communication with stakeholders across the BioFabUSA ecosystem
• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements and track associated actions and deliverables
• Support planning for travel, conference packages, meeting materials, and other program activities
• Assist the Government Program Manager with development of budget requests and supporting documentation
• Prepare reports and other program documentation as requested
• Support program management activities involving advanced manufacturing, biotechnology, tissue engineering, and medical product development
• Maintain accurate records and tracking of program activities, deliverables, and stakeholder engagements
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications to develop and manage program materials

• 10+ years of related experience in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP production
• Demonstrated project management or program management experience
• Demonstrated experience in the development of research and development partnership agreements commonly used across the DoW and Federal government (CRADAs, Technology Transfer Agreements, OTA's, etc.)
• Ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate technically complex information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Government, industry, academic, and other stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities, deadlines, and priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Ability to travel extensively in support of program requirements
• Active DoW secret clearance preferred

Position is contingent upon contract award.
