Emergency Response Operations Analyst

BryceTech is seeking an Emergency Management Analyst to fill a critical need supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Office of Emerging Threats (OET). OET’s mission requirements focus on identifying, assessing, and informing FEMA and its mission partners about emerging threats that could challenge national response and recovery capabilities. This mission area covers a broad spectrum of evolving hazards, from cyberattacks and climate-driven impacts to advanced weapons technologies, requiring strong analytical support, cross-agency collaboration, and seamless integration of intelligence, data analytics, and risk assessments to drive FEMA operational planning and capability development.

The person in this role will:

• Support in communicating, in a systematic and consistent way, with multiple stakeholders about cross-cutting issues and engaging FEMA Leadership, Public Affairs and Congressional Affairs, as needed and as requested
• Create and distribute internal communications on upcoming CBRN policy issues and initiatives to educate FEMA senior leadership
• Develop briefings, presentations, after action reports, video, and graphics support supporting the OET Director or members of the OET Management Team
• Provide support in periodic events and informal meetings
• Maintain, update, and when needed develop, the FEMA OET internal and external website
• Develop products such as brochures, kiosks, and visuals to help showcase the Office mission
• Graphics & Messaging: Supports the Office on social and official messaging, graphics development and video projects as needed to further the CBRN Office objectives as related to the FEMA/CBRN mission
• Support the development and delivery of articles to be published in emergency publications
• Provide training and advisement to FEMA employees on regulations, threat analysis documents, and interactions with various emerging threat stakeholders
• Research, analyze, and develop materials for speeches and testimony to be given by FEMA senior leadership
• Draft periodic reports covering relevant events that can be shared broadly across FEMA
• Ensure 508 compliance on all contractor developed videos and documents developed for distribution

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Public Trust
• 4+ years of experience in FEMA, emerging threats, or policy analysis
• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency with all MS Office product and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams

Position is contingent upon contract award.
