SUMMARY OF
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The purpose of this position is to support all ELS functions by analyzing financial information for both short- and long-term business decisions. This position will also collect financial and other business information to prepare standard and ad hoc reports, and assist with the planning, budgeting, and forecasting responsibilities. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Conduct analyses of financial and other business information to support business decisions as requested by all departments and functions, such as: Monthly rolling forecasts for overall business Pricing analysis and modeling in support making recommendations to Sales Department Headcount, compensation, bonus and variable compensation analysis and modeling to support HR COGS and manufacturing costs analysis Inventory analysis Support all functions and departments in budget preparation Ability to craft from scratch analysis based on discussions/requests with senior management Leverage automated reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI in addition to excel, ppt, etc.
