  JOB DESCRIPTION
  Role- Analyst/ Sr Analyst
  Shift time : 4 pm to 1 am IST
  Co Name - Entra Solutions Private Ltd. (captive of BSI Financial Services)
  Exp- 1-2 years of US Mortgage Loss Mitigation/Loan Modification
  Location – Gurgaon
  Essential Functions
  

• Perform loan modification per Investors and Industry guidelines.
  
• Evaluate financials, review bank statements, tax returns and Review credit report.
  
• Track all required documentation to assure processing timeframes are being met and update system with statuses.
  
• Requesting the additional or missing documents.
  
• Ensures all documentation, acknowledgement and review done on time.
  
• 1-2 years of US Mortgage Loss Mitigation/Loan Modification experience is must.
  
• Communication skills Effective verbal and written communication.
  
• Analytical ability- Eye for detail.
  
• Quantitative skills Good with numbers.
