Job Title: LATAM Training Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote – Brazil | Rare travel required

As the LATAM Training Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of BSI’s Assurance Training programs across Brazil and LATAM. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating people, managing logistics, solving problems, and creating a great customer experience.

You’ll coordinate both virtual and in-person training programs from scheduling through post-training follow-up, working closely with instructors, learners, clients, Sales, and internal teams. You’ll also help ensure our training systems and records are accurate, our sessions run smoothly, and our learners receive the support they need.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex activities and making sure the details are taken care of, this could be a great opportunity for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of virtual, public, and in-house training programs.
    • Manage training logistics, including venues, catering, room setup, technology, materials, and instructor requirements.
    • Maintain accurate course, learner, and instructor information in the Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Work closely with instructors, Sales, clients, and internal teams to ensure training sessions are fully prepared and delivered successfully.
    • Support learners and instructors with questions regarding course access, certificates, payments, scheduling, and logistics.
    • Monitor enrollments, cancellations, rescheduling, attendance, and course capacity.
    • Provide basic technical support during virtual training sessions and escalate issues when needed.
    • Maintain accurate training records and support reporting on training activity, learner feedback, and performance.
    • Support administrative and financial activities, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, and internal tracking.
    • Identify opportunities to improve training processes, systems, and the overall customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, program administration, event coordination, or customer service, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
    • Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person training or events.
    • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Docebo or a similar platform.
    • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for data entry, lead management, or recordkeeping.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, and experience with virtual platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project/Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal, is required. Spanish would be an advantage.

If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting customers, and making sure every detail comes together, we’d love to hear from you.
