Our subsidiary BAUER Equipment America represents BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the USA. Based in Conroe, Texas, we are searching for a new colleague to support us as Senior Structural Design Engineer (m/f/x).

Your tasks:

• Responsible for design projects of new products throughout project life cycle from concept planning to validation
• Sustaining design and ensuring an efficient transition from R&D to production series, as well as analyzing problems and developing design solutions
• Supporting products during manufacturing and on the field
• Conducts product analysis and proposes new design ideas and design improvements
• Assures product quality by implementing quality control points and quality plans during production processes

Your profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent education
• Several years of experience in setting up structural statics or geotechnical constructions, or relevant internships in this field
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures
• Profound knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD and Solidworks)
• Able to effectively communicate verbally and in written English
