Recruiter

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team!

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting prescreening interviews, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate resumes for qualifications and role alignment
• Conduct prescreening calls to assess candidate fit and interest
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• SHRM certification preferred
• 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key candidate strengths
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruiting required
• Working knowledge of ADP preferred
• Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
• Must be able to drive company vehicle

Shift:

• Monday -Wed 3pm-9pm
• Saturday and Sunday 9am-9pm
