Builders’ Internship Program provides students with meaningful, hands-on experience and an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry. Interns work on real business projects, contribute to organizational goals, and gain exposure to various areas of the company.
Throughout the program, interns have opportunities to connect with leaders and professionals across the organization, build a strong professional network, and learn from experienced colleagues.
The program also includes professional development sessions, networking events, learning opportunities, and collaborative projects designed to enhance skills, broaden industry knowledge, and prepare interns for future career success.
The AI Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the research, evaluation, and coordination of AI initiatives across the organization. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the identification and assessment of emerging technologies, organize and synthesize research findings, capture user insights, and support departments in exploring practical, AI-driven solutions.
Through structured training, on-the-job learning, cross-functional collaboration, and project support, the Intern will help advance the thoughtful and effective adoption of AI tools across the organization. The AI Intern will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation by conducting structured research, developing clear and accessible insights, and supporting the design and implementation of targeted pilot initiatives.
This role offers an opportunity to develop a strong understanding of emerging AI capabilities while building skills in research, communication, project coordination, and business applications. The Intern will gain exposure to how AI can be thoughtfully applied to solve business challenges, improve processes, and create value across the organization.
The Intern will have opportunities to build meaningful professional relationships across the organization, strengthen communication, analytical, and project management skills, and gain practical experience that supports long-term career growth and success within the insurance industry.
