Digital Ad Operations Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with all digital paid campaigns, including but not limited to banner campaigns, social media campaigns, advertorial performance, email marketing, and post-campaign reports.
• Work closely with the Sales and Ad Ops teams across the region.
• Google Ad Manager: Manage Google Ad Manager campaigns, monitoring and optimizing the campaign results to meet the booked impressions, achieve higher CTR and viewability ads across the different publications.

• Performance Campaigns: Set up Facebook & Instagram campaigns via Meta Business Suite and ensure campaign delivery according to KPI.
• Set up Google AdWords (SEM, GDN & YT), LinkedIn, Twitter Ads, TikTok and etc when required.
• 3.
• Email Marketing Scheduling eDM campaigns via E-newsletter platform.
• 4.
• Campaign Reporting Prepare post-campaign reports of banner campaigns, social media campaigns, advertorials and eDMs.
• Housekeeping for the screenshots and reports to ensure that they are in the shared drive.
• QUALIFICATIONS 1 - 2 years of working experience.
• Experience in Google Ad Manager and Meta Business Suite will be an added advantage.
• Analytical, meticulous, detail-oriented, highly organized, and a good team player.
• LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred to facilitate effective collaboration with regional teams.
