    - Educate and inspire employees across the organization to use data in their daily work by organizing training and sharing success stories.
    - Redesign reports to improve accuracy, usability, and strategic value.
    - Enable data-driven decisions to reduce costs and improve operations.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    - 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering.
    - 2+ years of experience leading a team of data specialists.
    - The ability to build, motivate, and develop a team of high-performing data specialists.
    - Proven success working with large-scale datasets, preferably in the e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sector.
    - Practical experience in creating and implementing data strategies that have had a direct positive impact on business results.
    - Experience working with various stakeholders (management, marketing, sales, product development) and translating their needs into technical tasks for the data team.
    - Deep knowledge and practical experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
    - Excellent SQL skills are mandatory. Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling is a significant advantage.
    - Experience with data-related services on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
    - Understanding of the data structures and APIs of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
