RESPONSIBILITIES:
Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Reklamationsabwicklung
Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP)
Erstellung und Pflege von Produkt- und Prozessanforderungen
Durchführung von Produkt- und Prozessabnahmen sowie Erstbemusterung
Festlegung geeigneter Mess - und Prüfmethoden sowie Definition des erforderlichen Prüfungsumfangs
Erstellung von Prüfplänen, SPC Auswertungen und Messprogrammen für Koordinatenmessgeräte
Analyse von Messergebnissen mit gängigen Messtechnik-Tools, (z.B. Zeiss Inspect oder GOM)
Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards
REQUIREMENTS:
Techniker-/Meisterabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
Kenntnisse in der Kunststofftechnik sowie in Qualitätsmethoden wie 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa und 5-Why
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und relevanten EDV-Systemen
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Lösungsorientierung
