Burnett Medical Center is seeking a full-time primary care physician to provide care to our hospital and clinic patients, and nursing home residents. HOURS : Full-time, M-F with some evenings and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides comprehensive medical care across the organization’s integrated care settings, including the hospital, primary care clinic, and Continuing Care Center (nursing home).
- This role is responsible for the ongoing management of patients across the care continuum, emphasizing continuity, quality, and coordination of care.
- Delivers evidence-based clinical care, manages both outpatient and inpatient services, and provides medical oversight for long-term care residents.
- The position works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care, while supporting organizational goals related to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
