Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Purpose

Ensure all wholesale customer orders are processed and delivered on time by meeting service level targets, communicating with customers about order status, and resolving any issues.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support daily warehouse and order operations.
• Process customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure service delivery targets are met.
• Assist customers & warehouse staff with inquiries, discrepancies, and order-related issues.
• Support delivery scheduling, loading verification, and route assignments.

Education:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Job-related Experience:

• Product Knowledge.
• Experience with order processing & and dispatch.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Computer Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Skills/Attributes:

• Able to read and write in English.
•  Good communication skills.
•  Great attention to detail.
•  Effective conflict resolution.
•  Polite and professional phone etiquette.
•  Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
•  Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Physical Demands:

The employee may be required to lift boxes of up to 40 lbs.
