Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Working under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will assist with receiving and processing incoming products, picking products to fulfil orders, and assist with loading products for dispatching and delivery support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure order fulfillment: Pick and prepare the correct product and quantity.
- Consistently achieve or exceed warehouse operational pick/pack/ship/receive volume and quality standards. Accurately pick and label products using a hand-held scanning device.
- Assist with offloading incoming shipment containers of goods.
- Delivery support
- Rotate stock in the warehouse as instructed.
- Assist with stocktaking, storing and safeguarding inventory.
- Crosstrain within the various warehouse/delivery roles.
- The Warehouse Associate must not be on duty while in possession of or under the influence of alcohol, controlled drugs, or other substances.
- Any other duty requested by Warehouse Management pertaining to the upkeep and operation of the general warehouse.
EDUCATION
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Must have basic computer proficiency.

- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication.
- Excellent punctuality and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability and willingness to carry out all duties as requested.

- Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
