Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an assigned company vehicle while complying with all applicable traffic, parking, and safety laws.
- Complete scheduled deliveries, pickups, transfers, and other assigned routes accurately and on time.
- Load, secure, and unload products and materials using safe handling practices.
- Obtain signatures, delivery confirmations, and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Communicate with the Delivery Manager or designated supervisor regarding delays, route changes, vehicle issues, or delivery concerns.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized, and ready for operation.
- Complete required vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs, accidents, registration issues, or safety concerns.
- Monitor vehicle inspection and registration, and notify management before expiration dates.
- Use approved navigation and parking-payment applications when needed to complete assigned routes.
- Provide professional and respectful service to customers, coworkers, vendors, and members of the public.
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by the Delivery Manager, Kitchen Management, or Executive Chef.
