Store Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of successfully running a store. Supervise day-to-day store activities Ensuring overall store performance Identifying staffing needs Managing schedules Financial review all purchase costs, labor costs, and inventories daily Developing operational action plans Mentor and develop team members Oversee and order products Oversee department inventory Maintain quality control & sanitary measures Conduct disciplinary issues Ensure company compliance, policies, and procedures are followed Perform related duties as assigned by the General Manager/Executive Leadership Perform duties outside your assigned area when called upon by the General Manager as needed
