Portland, OR Job Summary The Customer Service Associate is a multi-faceted, customer-facing role responsible for managing customer check-ins, directing parking lot traffic for safety and efficiency, and accurately receiving and processing customer returns, refunds, and initial inventory documentation. Responsibilities Customer Traffic and Curbside Management: Check in customers in the parking lot and provide directional guidance to the appropriate waiting or parking spot.

Direct parking lot traffic using clear instructions to ensure safety and prevent congestion. Returns Processing: Receive returns from customers, gather necessary information, and document the condition and reason for return so items can be sent back to processing. Educate customers on BuyWander's return policies and accurately process returns and refunds in the system. Restocking and Inventory Processing: Inspect returned items to verify condition and process them accordingly.

Restock warehouse shelves for "Changed Mind" items, ensuring new locations are scanned and updated in the system.
