BVN is inviting expressions of interest from exceptional Project Leaders, who have experience in delivering significant health projects on site, to join our Sydney studio. This is an exciting, dynamic position that requires an adept and experienced individual to significantly contribute to key projects at BVN.

The Role
- Effectively manage and coordinate internal teams and external groups, including contractors.
- Liaise with clients and contractors, and represent BVN at meetings and presentations.
- Mentor and develop your team's skills to support their professional growth.
Additional Experience
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex, large-scale healthcare projects in a D&C or MC procurement environment, either in whole or in part, or as a significant contributor in a 2IC capacity.
- Strong leadership, management and mentoring skills, with a genuine desire to guide team members.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the full project process, including fee, variation and team management, schedules and budgets.
- A positive, innovative, capable and dynamic approach to problem solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A clear understanding of core design intent and the ability to uphold it through all project phases.
- An understanding of the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG).
- A working knowledge of Revit and dRofus software would be well regarded.

Qualifications
- Master of Architecture or equivalent (with a minimum of 10 years post graduate professional experience).
