About the Programme 
Our 2-year Graduate Programme, commencing in August 2027, is designed to help you develop both the technical expertise and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in a global organization.
As a graduate, you will experience: 

• A 9-week global orientation programme across Singapore, Oslo and Aberdeen 
• Curated learning experiences that build business insight, technical expertise and leadership capability
• Mentorship and buddy support from experienced professionals
• Capstone projects as a Cohort that encourage collaboration and problem solving
• Opportunities to engage with senior leaders across the organization
• Real responsibilities and meaningful work from day one

Who We’re Looking For 

We’re seeking students in their final year of studies in: 

• Mechanical Engineering 
• Chemical Engineering 
• Naval Architecture 

You may be a great fit if you are:

• Motivated to grow as a future leader or technical specialist 
• A strong communicator and collaborator
