Essential Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to the following:
- Evaluate continuous improvement activities and support the implementation of plans to optimize performance and improve processes.
- Proactively identify potential issues that may impact production schedules, lot reconciliation, or key assigned projects.
- Ensure production lots move through the process as planned and that the appropriate support functions respond in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide support in resolving lot documentation issues to help maintain production flow and ensure products are delivered on time.
- Provide frequent updates to the management team regarding key documentation projects.
- Ensure data collection accuracy in the ERP system.
- Support the Production Supervisor in maintaining and tracking key production metrics, including:
- Machine efficiency
- Labor efficiency
- Scrap quantity
- Machine utilization
- Build plan versus actual production
- Set-up hours
- Maintain production documentation and generate routine and ad hoc reports.
- Support investigations related to process and quality issues or nonconformance reports, as needed.
- Participate in meetings as required.
- Reconcile jobs and verify that documented activities comply with Good Documentation Practices.
Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Experience in a metal manufacturing work environment preferred.
· Excellent Computer Skills in Word, Excel, Power Point
· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
