Assistant Maintenance Lead

<p><strong>Join Our Team at C-Care Darne – Assistant Maintenance Lead</strong></p><p>C-Care is currently looking for a <strong>dedicated and proactive Assistant Maintenance Lead</strong> to join our Facilities Department at <strong>C-Care Darne</strong>. The selected candidate will report to the Maintenance Lead and assist in the smooth running of maintenance operations across the facility.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Support the Maintenance Lead in planning and supervising daily maintenance activities.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate the maintenance team’s work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.</p></li><li><p>Assist in monitoring equipment and systems, and ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with external contractors and vendors for routine servicing or emergency repairs.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper upkeep of maintenance logs, reports, and inventory records.</p></li><li><p>Help monitor usage levels and availability of water, diesel, LPG, and medical gases.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the safe disposal of solid waste in compliance with health and safety regulations.</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance practices.</p></li></ul>
