Billing & Insurance Officer

<div>C-Care Hospitals & Clinics is currently looking for a <strong>Billing & Insurance Offi</strong><strong>cer</strong>.<br><br>The Incumbent is responsible to provide complete administrative support to the patients and the Billing and Insurance Team.<br><strong><br>What you will be doing:</strong><br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>To follow all procedures and processes formalities for the Admission and discharge of in-patients.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>To liaise with any internal and external stakeholders involved in the billing process during the stay of the patient.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>To provide support and explanation to patients seeking further information regarding the items that appear on their bill.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>To collect payments through various methods (cash, online payments)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>To dispatch final documents, like; bills, DS, and GOP, to the Insurance Company in a timely manner.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>To liaise with the Doctor to receive insurance progress report and any medical information deems necessary for the Insurance<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span> Company to assess patients file during their stay or at discharge.</div><div><br><strong>What are we looking for?</strong><br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>School Certificate & Higher school certificate<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Good Microsoft Word and Excel<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Minimum 2-3 years’ of experience in related field</div><div><br></div><div>Location: <strong>Moka</strong><br><br><br></div>
