Café Operator (CCWH)

<div>C-Care is looking for café operators to be based at Wellkin Hospital, Moka.</div><div><br></div><p style=" line-height:normal;background:white;"><strong><u>What you will be doing:</u></strong></p><div><br></div><p style=" line-height:normal;background:white;">-Provide high standards of customer service (both service and cashiering duties) at cafe and canteen</p><div><br></div><p style=" line-height:normal;background:white;">-Ensure strict adherence to customer service, safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties</p><div><br></div><p style=" line-height:normal;background:white;">-Checks with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and takes corrective actions where necessary</p><div><br></div><p style=" line-height:normal;background:white;">-Always promotes upselling of food products</p><div><br></div><p style=" line-height:normal;background:white;">-Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers</p><div><br></div><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;background:white;"><strong><u>What are we looking for?</u></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt; margin-left:.2in;text-indent:-.25in;line-height:16.8pt; background:white;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt; margin-left:.2in;text-indent:-.25in;line-height:16.8pt; background:white;">-Minimum secondary Education</p><p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt; margin-left:.2in;text-indent:-.25in;line-height:16.8pt; background:white;">-A minimum of 6 months experience in similar position</p><p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt; margin-left:.2in;text-indent:-.25in;line-height:16.8pt; background:white;">-Basic computer literacy</p><p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt; margin-left:.2in;text-indent:-.25in;line-height:16.8pt; background:white;">-Good communication and numerical skills</p><p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt; margin-left:.2in;text-indent:-.25in;line-height:16.8pt; background:white;">-Customer focus and attentive to details</p><p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt; margin-left:.2in;text-indent:-.25in;line-height:16.8pt; background:white;">-Ability to work on pressure and shift system</p><div><br></div>
