Clinical Assistant

<p style="text-align:justify;">The selected candidate will support fertility care through clinical procedures, patient coordination, sample collection, medication management, and maintaining accurate records. Requires a Nursing degree, relevant healthcare experience, strong clinical skills, good organization, communication abilities, and a patient-focused approach</p><p style="line-height:15.0pt;"><br></p><p style="line-height:15.0pt;"><b><u>What you will be doing:</u></b></p><p style="background:white;">Assist doctors during fertility procedures and collect laboratory samples.</p><p style="background:white;">Coordinate patient appointments, treatments, and follow-ups.</p><p style="background:white;">Manage medications, clinical supplies, and patient records.</p><p style="background:white;">Liaise with laboratory teams and update patients on treatment progress.</p><p style="background:white;">Provide patient support through communication and care coordination.</p><p style="background:white;">Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and procedures.</p><p style="background:white;">Contribute to training, improvement projects, and service development.</p><div><br></div><div><b><u>What are we looking for?</u></b></div><p style="margin:0cm;"><br></p><p style="margin:0cm;">Degree in Nursing.</p><p style="margin:0cm;">Previous experience in a fertility clinic or similar healthcare environment is preferred.</p><p style="margin:0cm;">Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills with a focus on patient safety.</p><p style="margin:0cm;">Ability to manage patient data and use healthcare management systems.</p><p style="margin:0cm;">Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.</p><div>Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><p style="text-indent: -18pt;"><br></p>
