HR Planning & Analytics Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional looking to further develop their expertise in workforce analytics, financial planning, and business partnering.</div><p style="text-align:justify;"><br></p><p style="line-height:15.0pt;"><strong><u>What you will be doing:</u></strong></p><p style="line-height:15.0pt;"><br></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li style="color:#242424;background:white;">Supporting and leading workforce planning and forecasting activities across business units</li><li style="color:#242424;background:white;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Preparing workforce budgets, labour cost forecasts, and headcount analyses</li><li style="color:#242424;background:white;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Monitoring workforce costs and identifying trends and improvement opportunities</li><li style="color:#242424;background:white;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Developing HR dashboards, reports, and insights for management teams</li><li style="color:#242424;background:white;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Analysing workforce productivity, turnover, recruitment, and other key HR metrics</li><li style="color:#242424;background:white;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across HR reporting processes</li><li style="color:#242424;background:white;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Supporting reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li style="color:#242424;background:white;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and operational teams to support decision-making</li></ul><div><strong><u>What are we looking for?</u></strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li style="color:#242424;">Has experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, finance, reporting, business analytics, or a similar analytical role</li><li style="color:#242424;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Holds a degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field</li><li style="color:#242424;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Has strong Excel skills and an interest in reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI</li><li style="color:#242424;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Enjoys working with data and turning insights into actionable recommendations</li><li style="color:#242424;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive</li><li style="color:#242424;box-sizing: border-box;outline: 0px;">Has strong communication skills and enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders</li></ul>
